Thinking about that CDNN deal on the Sig 556 & 522

I wanted to get some opinions on the 556. I read a lot of reviews on the web for both rifles and like what I've read, but I want to get some feedback from real people (not bloggers) who own or have fired either of them.
I was looking at the SWAT Patrol model. It seems like a pretty fair deal, $1399 for the two of them.

What do you think?

Great gun, had mine for about a year now. Just the standard version with the cheap plastic rails, replaced them with a Troy Industries quadrail, magpul angled forward grip, Eotech 512 and some other small goodies.

I have never had a FTF or FTE in 1500+ rds, loves PMC.

Only issue, and small at that, is it is a bit heavy.

Overall, buy it, shoot it and NEVER sell it!
