So did you buy it from Walmart or Overstock? Most major retailers have moved to the Amazon marketplace model so you should be cautious on what retailer is actually fulfilling your order. It doesn't sound like Walmart is to blame here. Overstock seems like a decent seller, so I think you'll be ok -eventually.
