Thoughts on CZ?

If you want to go a little lighter, the polymer CZ-75 is called the Phantom. I think it was discontinued a couple years ago, but they can still be found at decent prices.

Where? Ive been looking and have yet to find one for sale anywhere
Wow, I haven't looked at them in awhile and it looks like you're right. They're out of stock everywhere. I guess I should've picked one up when buds had them for $560.

@froghuter it looks like you've got TWO rare CZs now!

Yeah I wish I would have too. I always seem to get interested in things well past the point of them being affordable...

I bought a CZ 75B for my girlfriend back during the summer. She shot it a few times and loves it but has ignored it as of late and it has become my truck gun when she isn't looking. I bought it used for under 400 with 2 sets of grips (factory plastic and some wood grips). I've never had another CZ so I can't compare triggers. But I suspect something was done to mine because it has a very buttery smooth but crisp trigger. It is very accurate and as mentioned above is a natural pointer. CZ is not a cheepo company just because they put out some very affordable weapons. To assure my gf of their quality, I had to show her my Dan Wesson box and remind her that CZ made my CBob and my CBob is badass and anything but cheap.

CZ pistols are the worst design ever created. You can hardly rack the slide when at the range. God forbid you have to rack it when you actually need it.
