THREAD FOR POSTING PICTURES OF FISH CAUGHT

My son and daughter each caught their first fish on our camping trip last week. I have two new fishing buddies.

My girl caught her first fish this weekend. She was wearing them out. Then said “Um it’s kinda fun but can I go play in the sand and swim now?” Lol

The boy LOVES fishing. If anybody has access to any good creek spots in west central Georgia let me know. Lol. Always looking for new spots to take them to fish and explore.

You know you suppose to throw them back, these bassfishers around here think they the wholly grail,I have been cussed out several times on oconee because I throw them in cooler.i fish for meat I’m not gonna work my ass off so I can tell somebody I throwed them back.when I fish a pond that’s managed to grow big bass they always have slots they want removed.most basschunkers think you should release all them.

Some days when I'm craving some fish I'll clean a stringer some days they all get tossed back. I know what ya mean about those fishwatchers. They crack me up. These were some average every day fish for the pond they come out of. There's some really big bass in it. Some don't know that to get them big you need to take several out.

Dang nice mess of fish brother. I like cold water bass. Once it starts gettin hot, not so much. Start to taste a little muddy. Red fishermen are the same way. They won’t eat a redfish. It’s like sacrilege or something.

Only reason I throw back is it's the rule at both of the main ponds I do my fishing. A lot of folks don't like bass bit I think it eats just as fine as a bream or crappie.

My son and I had a great adventure fishing recently. Landed a load of rainbows, kept a few and they were tasty, while we released the others.

I'm certain I'm not the only one who enjoys watching their kid fish. But I sure do enjoy watching my boy study a body of water and work it, changing tactics, presentation, lures, whatever he figures necessary to land a fish.

This lil slice of nature is undisturbed by man - not a single bobber, line, wrapper, butt, etc. Pristine wild. It's like being in another time undisturbed by man.
