Our lake had the spring fishing tournament Sat. Best was 42 fish, 6.2lber was largest. I got that hybrid and thought I had the winner with the fight. He was tasty. I flirted with a winning fish for 45 minutes, but she was on bed and not going to eat any of the dozen different things I tossed at her.

Yeah finally a awesome day trout fishing .I caught all three kinds of trout brown brook and rainbow .They were very hard to catch at first then I dug out an oldie but a goodie lure and caught fish every cast .I kept 8 nice ones was so much fun even though I lost a 5 pounder

Took the grand boy yesterday caught 23 it was slow had to work for them.i don’t think he made it out of parking lot.

Nice channel today. Had a big bass eat a worm and snap me off on my bluegill rig. She darted out from under the dock. I saw her and before I could touch the drag, SNAP!

Grandson and Nephew got 14th place yesterday at Smith Lake picked up $300.00 bucks again.
Proud of them.
