Threading Colt Targetsman

Hey folks,

been turned down by ADCO and Rose Action Sports to get a Targetsman/Huntsman threaded.

Anyone familiar with these pistols and why it would be so hard to thread one?

Tornado Technologies has been known to thread some wild stuff. I have no experience with them though.

This. I would imagine that the issue at hand is pulling and reinstalling the barrel.

Contact D. Wilson Mfg, he may have done one before.

He is the only guy left that the Colt Factory execs authorized to do their factory work. If you sent your Colt back to Colt Factory for work or restoration, he’s the guy that does it. He also does other custom work.
I hope your Colt Huntsman is well used and not a collectible piece, but it’s also yours so you do as you like. Bob can make it look like original factory threaded.
