For synthetic one of the best is hand made right here in Georgia. Rick Jones has been at this a while makes his stuff here North Atlanta area.

I have a leather 5.11 belt that's 15 years old, frayed on the edges from sliding mag carriers and OWB holsters on it that needs a replacement sooner or later and I'm looking for a replacement.
