Can’t remember paying too much for something but I sure have agreed to losing out on some one-sided trades to get something I really wanted



Edit: i once paid 750 for an mp 15-22 pistol. Its really nice and all but it surely isn't THAT nice

I paid 600 bucks cash and added 150 rounds of 308 brass ammo for a Gen 3 Glock 23 that was OD. I had to have it because I already had the 22 and 27.. about 6 months later Glock came out with the gen 4 in OD.. I traded em all off at that point and now have only 1 Glock which is a 19 that I didn't pay overprice for...

Unless they are 'grandfathered' in some sort of compromise bill that comes out of committee, I stand by my assertion that the buyers paying high prices are going to feel like dumbasses if they're outlawed and they'll feel like dumbasses if they aren't outlawed.

So far nobody has posted about buying any of the 5,000 rounds of Izzy surplus 5.56mm I sold for a $1 per round in the parking lot of Jim Miller park in early 2013 in front of the gunshow. I sold out in minutes before going in. Man it was well digger's ass cold that day.

During the first magazine panic I paid $50 for a 20 rd S&W mod 59 magazine.
There's got to be more, and worse, but I've conveniently wiped them from memory. LOL
