hmmmm. I am looking at homes with acreage that have been on the market for 350 plus days. Some look promising. Buyers have circumstances change that makes them players, some times that is down, sometimes up(like tax refund season, Hillary possibly being president! lol). Heck, hunting rifles will be at a premium in September but are not hot right now. Things change, rather than continue to list, wait for the right "season"? Just a thought, not a beat on the horse.
