1. When completing the FFL transfer information on the TruPrep website, double check that your contact information is up-to-date and correct. Email address and phone number(s).

2. We’ve had an issue with folks giving us phone numbers that go to a voicemail that is full.

3. When we send you an email, it comes from our “Customer Service” account. Oftentimes, this will trip a trigger in folks’ email accounts and get sent to their spam folder. If you’re waiting for notification, check your spam folder.

4. If the sender or shipping company has notified you that your firearm has arrived at TruPrep, and you have not received a phone call and/or email within 48 hours, please call us and check the status. Usually, this means that we did not receive your contact information, or our email went to your spam folder, or your voice mail is full, or we received no information for your firearm at all. We also have senders that fail to provide their FFL or driver’s license, which prevents us from entering the firearm properly into our book. If we can’t get it entered in, we can’t let it go out. If you call, and we get your info, we can put two-and-two together.
