How much are you selling your factory 20’s for?

The uneasy feeling is all in the sidewall of the tires. Never been a fan of general tires as the only set I had didn't last very long for me. Before I bit the bullet and swapped them out, run the pressure up to the maximum rated on the sidewall, should be 80 psi on an E rated tire. The ride might be rough, but it will give you all it has to stop the sidewall flex causing the symptoms you are describing. I'm running 35 nittos on my 16 2500hd and it rides awesome and handles even better, but they are not a 1k set of tires either. Hope this helps.
