I just typically pull up on my under shorts beneath the holster on that side, very easy and comfortable.

One of the main reasons i wear a tucked in tank top undershirt is for a more comfy feel/fit with kydex iwb holsters. Otherwise they get sticky/sweaty and are uncomfortable for me.

Undershirts are like drawers, tight and restricting, so I never wear either, I like the free swinging feeling
