To all you biker guys that think you’re a biker

My first wife's mom dated a guy who had raced for Al Rodi back in the Indian days. He had 5 bikes ranging from a 50cc Zundapp to a 650cc Royal Enfield (the most beautiful bike I have ever seen).
He sold me his mildly built Triumph Bonneville in '68, which was the fastest thing I'd ridden 'til my '73 Z1 Kawasaki. I still have visions of that Enfield sitting in the living room while he polished on it.
Miss ya, Bobby.

You should've tried one of dem Kawi 2 strokes. I had a friend that had a 500

I also had a friend that had one. Fast as stink, but don't ride behind that oil spraying mofo.
When we'd go to Daytona for bike week, always made him ride at the back of the pack.
There was another issue with those. The 3 cyl. The center cyl. was behind the front tire and forks. So it would overheat causing the engine to fail prematurely......

And yet, Kaw upped the game with the 3 cyl 750cc two-stroke, affectionately nicknamed " the world's fastest unicycle".

I rode a hardtail chopper once in the 70’s, swore I’d never ride another one after that experience. It felt like getting hit on the tailbone with a sledgehammer every 10-15 seconds, not to mention how hard it was to turn that long ass thing around. Bout jarred my eyes loose from my head and my teeth from my mouth, pretty sure I chipped a couple of teeth and lost a couple of inches in height that day. But damn, at least they said I sure did look cool.
