it can be. the board can get away and hit someone else or something. heard a story about one getting away from a rider down hill and breaking some ladies ankle a good ways off

Then the sunuva ***** tried suing ME for his medical bills claiming it was a car v pedestrian.

Long and short, he paid for the truck, both lawyers, did time and still had to pay his own bills
