Today the 5th circuit rules on 'Suppressors' (look happened in NYC this morning)

Don't know about a Professional hit, but it was a planned hit

Yeah, that`s what they are saying. What I read so far is that one round hit the target in the back, one round hit the target in the leg, the shooter continously cleared jams, and the empty cases had a message on them??Why in the leg? Nervous? Inept shooter? Why all the jams? Unproven ammo? Never used the weapon beforehand? A planned hit could have been that the shooter had an agenda, revenge?, or someone hired an amateur. Who would have hired him? Spouse? This is getting interesting.
