Today's School Situation

In my middle school and high school days (prehistoric I know) the Dean of boys at both places were Golden Glove boxers. The one in high school looked like Lurch from the Adams family. I only recall the white kids messing up -- especially the one kid who pulled a gun on Lurch.

I would imagine every school district has a strict 'no hands on' policy when it comes to teacher/student interactions, but so help me, if a student tried to land the first punch, one of us would be spitting out chunks of enamel from our bloody mouth.
