When hurricane Irene came up the coast,the "Unknown Tomb" detail was given the option to pospone the watch or to serve. The detail, to a man, opted to stay and serve their post. These men are not allowed to drink acohol are to use foul language, EVER, even after their tour has ended. They feel that there is no greater honor than to serve, God bless them all.

I guess a squad leader I had never got that memo....lol

Some people just don't know what it means to sacrifice in the service of our nation. Those men aren't picked at random, they're picked from a pool of highly dedicated, with their **** wired tight, SOLDIERS. For them emotion has allot to do with it. Those are the "grunts" that stand watch and make sure we sleep soundly and safely.

It's not fake it just is not of Hurricane Sandy. Did they leave their post? The answer is NO THEY DID NOT! That is the point! Nothing intellectual or emotional about it. Just facts.
