Took my step Daughter to the range

looks like she had fun, just keep her interested and she'll be shooting better then you before she gets 16

on another note, kids sure do grow up fast nowaday, she looks tall for 13

one of my favorite memories was when i took my Remington 552 to youth shoot hosted by a member here, i helped get a little girl not afraid of shooting using my rifle: she gave that 552 more of a workout then i have ever and smiled and wanted to just shoot it over any of the other 6+rifles there

She's a great kid, not exactly someone I would label as an outdoors girl, but she can shoot a bow as good or better than most boys her age. Now she's adding experience with a semi-auto rifle to her fun times, and wants to harvest her first deer.

My daughter still talks about our shooting outings 15 years later, and then asks if I'll take her out again when she comes home to visit... ;-)

For some reason there is always time to do this, only now we go out for a beer after instead of ice cream
