im looking to get more training and wanted to reach out and see where you guys think the best training facilities are. I’m in the Woodstock area but looking for a place within an hours drive. I’d like a tactical rifle/ pistol course. Thank you!

In regards to Carbine and Pistol courses, I teach at ranges in Aragon and Jefferson GA. I’ve got a CCW Handgun Course on August 25 and a Carbine Course (with Lowlight portion) on September 29. Both of these courses are in Jefferson.

All my courses are advertised here in the Tactics & Training forum. A complete Calendar can also be found on my website, http://precision-applications.com/training-calendar/.

Here’s some student feedback.

Our range is about 20 minutes from the new Braves Stadium. We do basic/intermediate/advanced rifle and pistol. All of our staff are combat veterans or special operations and 75% of the staff are active LE SWAT. Check out our website www.cetsusa.com

Rogers does have an entry level training program.

Your right I was thinking of the advanced class that I went to. Still, in my opinion I would not want to go to one of best training sites in the country to take any class if I wasn't a confident shooter. Maybe that's bad advice but thats how I feel.
