So how do you change the address on the tag without changing the address on your DL ?
Do both, I know several folks that live in Gwinnett, but have DL and tags outside Gwinnett.
I live in Winder, but my motorcycle still "lives" in Gwinnett; garaged, tagged and insured there.
My carry permit is still Gwinnett too, but not that big a deal because it is a state-wide permit, not county specific.

My Mazda (Ford) truck with over 260,000 miles gets a code every now and then but always fixes itself after a couple of days (Check engine light comes on for a couple days then goes out, been doing this for over a year now. Original tailpipe has zero soot or fouling inside it.) You couldn't wish for a GM product to repair itself..........
Why dont you take it to a place that does driveability work and have them fix it? You have wasted so much time and money now you could have paid a shop to do it......

Cold weather my Chevy throws a lean bank code every now and then. My bet's on a manifold vac leak. Suppose I'll have to fix it some time. 20 years ago I'd have ripped into it in a heartbeat. Not so keen on getting into the newer engines.
