Be it a home injury, a car accident, serious outdoor trauma, or the aftermath of an active shooter/terrorist attack, learn what to do to manage the major causes of preventable death
.
This is a 5 hr intro class designed for those with little to no medical experience. If you’ve taken a stop the bleed this will add on to that information and introduce you to the TECC/TCCC treatment algorithms as well as covering additional injuries and interventions
.
Since this is a foundations class it will be a skillset and technique development heavy class. Lots of hands on work but it’s not going to be a tactical scenario class
.
All training supplies will be provided at the class. For an additional cost of $75 (over and above the course fee) you can pre-purchase a vacuum sealed, ready to go, first aid kit that will mirror the supplies used in class
.
