Tree Removal

My father in law has a 70ish foot pine in his back yard thats pretty much dead. Trying to find someone that may be able to help remove it before it falls onto the house. We have had two people look at it and say it cant be climbed. Just dont want him to get screwed on pricing. The quotes he is getting for one tree could buy a nice used car
