I wouldn't think so, I have AT&T and my buddy uses Verizon internet.
my wife was having the same problem today. she says "try clearing out your cache". it worked for her.
YouTube not working for me either...both last night and around noon today....I thought I had a problem with my computer...this is encouraging...

Ok, I deleted all browsing history and ran disk cleanup. It's somewhat working now... I can play videos but not in auto playlist mode.
