Try again. Need household electrical panel changed out and updated

I have a house built in 1977 that has an FPE 200 amp service panel. I have reached the 40 circuit maximum on this panel and need to add another for a 20 amp double to power my new well pump. I want to change out the panel and install new breakers. Not looking for charity and will pay you for your time. I'll buy all materials.

I am located in Kingsland GA 31548 right off I95 next to Florida.
