Are you sure about the chambering? Are you sure it isn't 257 Roberts? I am not going to say it isn't a 270 Roberts, but that would be a wildcat that it might be hard to find dies for. .257 Roberts on the other hand is factory available ammo.

My bad, VA started me on muscle relaxers today and I ain't thinking clearly lol It's a .257 Roberts. It's Lake Lanier Pawn Shop in Cumming, GA. I was kind of thinking it might be built on a Mauser action because while still looking it over we noticed there's a crown an T stamp on the bolt and everything I found on that pointed to Swedish-built Mausers.

257 roberts is a heckuva deer round.Winchester chambered some guns in it,model 70's it was.Available as factory loads still.
