If it was a threatening phone call, report it to the local popo. They can get tbhe records, you can't. There are cybercrime units at many LEO agencies just for this.

If you try on your own, you could face stalking charges.

good call.... i will have my wife call the locals and see if there's anything that they can do about it. i'll have her ask them if they have a cyber crimes division
