Beautiful truck man!! GREAT choice! One thing I would recommend would be to get you the TRD Rear Swaybar. Put it on mine and it made the truck handle sooooooo much better. One thing Tundras lack is a rear swaybar standard. Dont understand that, but the TRD swaybar is pretty easy to install and made a world of difference.

Doesn't seem to have much body roll as-is? I am definitely not pushing it to see the eminent understeer either...lol

How much was your sway bar?

Paid $230 shipped for it.

not that this has anything to do with your choice, as its a beautiful truck, but more of a reason why they tundra can be harder to find discounted over the competition.

If the Tundra comes out with an updated refresh and a diesel that gets 20-25 mpg next year, Ill prob trade my car in for one. I think they look great but get awful mileage.

To that same point, Toyota boasts a larger profit margin than Ford, while selling just a fraction of the those trucks (hence their lack of massive rebates offerings like Ford/GM/Chrysler typically have). I am still shocked at the amount of people buying Ram trucks though...lol

I loved my 2015 ram 1500 laramie ecodiesel i had for 20k. It drove awesome, towed well, and netted over 25 mpg. Plus it was cheaper than similarly outfitted f150 while feeling "better" to me.

I only got rid of it to fufill a bad idea.

Really? I have yet to meet a Ram owner who continued to buy them. It was always something wrong with them. Glad your experience was good though!

O yeah, loved mine. Zero issues. When I tire of this car, it will most likely be a 2500 that replaces it. I love an f250 but they have stiffer rear ends and cost thousands more. Tundras are great, look awesome and resale is fantastic but that mpg is so aweful for no reason.

I am driving an expedition with the ecoboost as a law enforcement vehicle, meaning its driven pretty hard. The engine has some funny rattles already and even knocks at times, though has not malfunctioned. But it just rolled over 20k miles.......Turbos go on the ecoboost, you got nothing. But, its fast and gets the same fuel economy as the cars we run and yet its a big expedition. The Toyota will not get the fuel economy that the ford will get. But it has my vote between the 2. Now, I had a ford 2013 f150 with the 5.0 and it was a solid truck. I'd go 5.0 fl150 over the toyota, but only because i really enjoyed the f150 I had before i upgraded to a Ram 2500 cummins.
