Tuning a Honda Accord V6

I’m not much of a gearhead at all. Wondering if you guys recommend any performance mods for an Accord V6. Not looking to do much and definitely not wanting to turn it into a kids car with a crazy obnoxious exhaust sound. Stock engine makes 278 hp, I’d like to get it over 300 hp just for giggles. What are your recommendations?

I second the big wing on the back... It's important to have lots of downforce on the rear of a front wheel drive car... :-)
