You never know the home owners may have not known who they got. If they don't keep up with the news, they may have just assumed it was a couple of punks trying to steal a car.
Letting all the guys out and having someone continue with the bus would have gave them much more lead time and definitely caused more confusion. They were idiots for sure. Could have just locked up the guards in the back until the last stop and left them.

Apparently it had a camera - sheriff says they have it all on tape.
Just watched Mr Hale interview,guy didnt even have a gun! He prayed to god and those guys pretty much laid there till cops showed up.WOW
Hale is a 35 yr old retired corrections officer and drives what looks like an unmarked cop car.
He had called 911 and said the cops showed up in about three minutes.

The different reports are all over the map. Don't really know who captured these a-holes, how many involved, gun/no gun.
