There's not a list of username changes currently.

You can see the top and bottom traders on your trading profile page here: https://www.theoutdoorstrader.com/trade/tazz.3220/

It's listed on the right hand side at the bottom.

The feedback score of every user is readily visible on their posts and PM's, and that's the intended purpose of it: So you can see the trading history of a someone you're considering dealing with. Having a spot for public ridicule of users with bad feedback serves zero purpose.
