I'm convinced I'd be dead now if I hadn't quit in 2005. Keep on quitting. Eventually the only time you'll miss it is on a cool afternoon at the range after shooting and someone lights one up where you can smell it.

I smoked cigarettes for many years. From about 9-10 till about 27-28. It was hard to quit, but it was expensive - I'm cheap. I smoke a pipe now and the rare cigar. I detest the smell of cigarettes now. They remind me of a bathroom.
