TX-22 FRT

I just installed a freedom finger trigger on a tx competition Runs pretty good with SV cci and sub sonic suppressed and no suppressor. It did take two videos and about an hour to install. The videos didn’t address all the other small parts and springs that magically fall out during the process.

Just need the Bore buddy kit.

This is a modified Marauder upper (and yes, that is on an SBR lower before the collective smart asses come in with their “YoURe dOiNg tEh aFT’s HOmEWorK” comments) with a tucked sparrow. Shooting the cheapest of the cheap Armscor garbage. Runs like a top.

What length barrel?

If that aint the truth. I had a small pin come out that took me a bit to figure out what it was and where it went and its purpose. An exploded view of the TX was somewhat helpful though.
Also, I found out through Taurus that they do not sell replacement pins for the fire control module. If you lose/break any of the pins then you will have to send it in for repair, unless someone knows an aftermarket source.

#24 on their parts list is the pin (Dowel as Taurus has it listed) I was referencing. It's the pin the holds the ejector and disconnector in.

I saw that before I took mine apart . I have the mat with the diagram . I didn’t take my safety apart , left it in place , me and little parts don’t get along . All you need is some wood blocks to support the cartridge when taking out and reinstalling the trip pin .

Just installed the Galloway Precision Delatorre short stroke trigger. I like flat triggers myself so this was a no brainer, especially at $42.
Or you could always go with Tandemkross for a few shekels more….

The Delatorre trigger offers trigger pull and reset adjustments. Not really needed if you’re running an FRT but still a nice to have and is cheaper. Both are aluminum.
