If what you're saying is true, there would not be any stand up fighters in the UFC. It would be 100% bjj and wrestlers at the top. The fact that there are disproves your opinion.

Drank what kool-aid? UFC requires multiple disciplines to compete at the top. A person who can only box is easily beaten by a wrestler/ground game specialist once they bring the fight to the ground because the boxer cant defend the takedowns and submissions. And if the ground game guy cant take him down and has no stand up then he gets beaten.

You think an elite boxer can beat an elite MMA fighter which isnt going to happen.

They paid rousey 3 mil to get whooped. Putting Floyd in the ring is easily worth 20-30 million. Someone running their mouth doesn't show what's actually been put on the table.

Any fighter with a brain wouldn't stand with floyd. it would go strait to the ground. you honestly think 6 months worth of ground training could equal up to years worth of it?
I think you are like all the old guys i work with that grew up watching boxing and believe a boxer is king **** and no one can compare to them. Id put a $100 down all day that Floyd would lose in the octagon.

Boxing has been dead for at least 20 years. A boxer would only stand a puncher's chance at beating someone in MMA.

If yall could get all the training you could get in one or the other (ONLY ONE), would it be ground game or stand up/striker? Yes, you can train in both obviously but i am asking theoretically its one or the other. Which one and why?
