I could tell you about an experience I had with selling a firearm THAT WOULD BLOW YOUR MIND! (but I am not)
I don't have " A Statute" for you Bud...But I believe with EVERYTHING IN ME and even MORE SO since my experience, that An.."Im soo sorry officer, I did not know the firearm was stolen, nor can I supply anything as to where it came from"....is gonna workout for the best interest of this guy..
