My local gun shop recently got in a Johnson Arms m1 carbine chambered in 5.7 MMJ (.22 spitifre). It's in good condition but I, nor they, have any idea of its value. Ive attached a picture of the receiver and a video talking about. I was able to find some wartime carbines converted to 5.7 mmj but none that were produced by Melvin Maynard Johnson and Johnson Arms. How rare is this rifle and does anyone know it's value?

For anyone interested, I talked to Melvin Maynard Johnson's son, Ed, and he was very helpful. He said he and his father made/sold less than 200 of these. This particular one has had a stock and rear site replacement. It was really nice speaking to him. He took time out of his day to look at the pictures I sent him and educate me on something I don't believe I could have learned elsewhere.
