Upper and Muzzle Device Question

I appreciate all the help, insight, and info. My plan is to vice it up this weekend with the BEV block, give it 20 to 30 ft lbs and it just pops free, nice and easy with no screaming, busted knuckles, hollering or cussing. That's what would happen in a perfect world anyway. 
If not I might be making a drive to Cartersville or Covington. Thanks again guys for all the help.

If you need it, go ahead. I wanted to try one out, but it's not a "need" at the moment.
You already have gotten it off, so my suggestion will be for the next person. Put the upper on a gun mat, put correct wrench on it and tap the wrench a couple times with a rubber mallet or small hammer to loosen it up. I just took off a SJC Titan off a 308 like this tonight.
