UTG rail mount FAIL!! for mountng my Streamlight TL-2X

I bought a rail mount for my Streamlight TL-2X and it is too small. I'm trying to mount it on a picatinny rail on my flashlight. The mount I bought is for a flashlight or laser from 19-20.5 mm in diameter. But the flashlight is still too large in diameter for the rail mount. It seems to be approximately 22mm in diameter. Has anyone else mounted a Streamlight TL flashlight or any other < 1" diameter flashlight? I want a solution. I'm just hoping it isn't to buy the Streamlight SuperTac or low profile mounts. They are both around $45.

I've bought UTG products before and they seem good quality. In fact this product seems good quality, just the wrong size. If you have a suggestion for a specific product then let's hear it.

It works fine for me, but I had to get a really small diameter light handle

Meh while their products have some issues the 3 items I've used if tries were fine. They didnt offer many of the benefits that the Troy products which replaced them did, but even under some intentional abuse they didnt fail.

I have a UTG vert grip on my AR15 and on my Mossy 500. UTG is owned by Leapers. It is made for "real" firearms, not just Airsoft.

Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't go for that originally because I didn't like where it put my thumb. I'm installing this without a pressure pad. I'm taking a second look at it though. It's amazing to think that this will fit from 20-25mm.
