UTG rail mount FAIL!! for mountng my Streamlight TL-2X

What I am looking for is solutions, such as rdogger has offered. If this UTG rail mount had been a tad larger I would have been totally happy with it. If you wish to bash UTG start your own thread. I really don't care about troll comments. Have a nice day.

Utg/leapers products fit a huge niche and thats why they sell.

Not everyone needs a product that will consistently and reliably operate under extreme duress in the harshest environments

I bought a rail mount for my Streamlight TL-2X and it is too small. I'm trying to mount it on a picatinny rail on my flashlight. The mount I bought is for a flashlight or laser from 19-20.5 mm in diameter. But the flashlight is still too large in diameter for the rail mount. It seems to be approximately 22mm in diameter. Has anyone else mounted a Streamlight TL flashlight or any other < 1" diameter flashlight? I want a solution. I'm just hoping it isn't to buy the Streamlight SuperTac or low profile mounts. They are both around $45.

Do you have an A2 front site? I have a flash light mount that I ran with my streamlight for a while, just laying around.

If you are looking for a lower priced mount, check out the CAA UFH mounts. The model numbers are based on the flashlight size, and they have one that fits your requirements. They are $30 on CAAs website so they would be cheaper from dealers probably. I'd grab one of these polymer mounts over the cheaper aluminum mounts.

Truth belongs to everybody, "I really don't care" is an individual trait.
