Could be but I had a V65 Sabre with the fairing on it. Still a Sabre.

Here's an ad for Hondaline accessories from the time period.It also had lowers. The lowers had vents that could be adjusted to direct air toward your legs. This helped to keep your pants from catching on fire.

I had a V65 that was outfitted with a small cafe fairing like this one. The only thing I didn't like about it was the shaft drive.Looked like this....

This is the bike in your original post, a V45 Interceptor. It's the more desirable model before they were cut back to 700cc. It looks like the fairing has been repainted.
