Venison Burgers Advice

Biker is on the money, I like a 25% fat to 75% meat ratio in deer burgers. The Lee bacon ends at the local piggly wiggly work wonders. Here's a tip too, if you dont have a meat grinder, take the bacon ends and put them out on a pan and stick it in the freezer. Let them freeze good, and then throw them in the food processor or blender and mix with the deer meat.
