Vermont's spineless Gov. signed a new bill which includes a magazine ban, raised the age of purchase for long guns to 21, private sales background checks, etc....etc... He calls himself a Republican.

Sounds like our neighbors to the south. Republican doesn’t mean what it once did.

And some members of this very site would be okay with all those provisions. Sorry state of affairs we are in.

its pretty simple principle

either its all or nothing with rights. this is why we have hate speech protected in the USA, because if it is then your speech will be unaffected. if you want to keep your hunting shotguns and rifles, best be able to make sure everyone can keep and get their ar15s too, because its just a matter of time otherwise

It amazes me on several levels, the "common sense" gun control people cheering and talking about all the lives these bs laws will save. I have yet to see any hard true data that they do anything to reduce violent crime and murder. The amount of people who think they need to do nothing and not get involved in any way??? And lastly the most bothersome of all, the sheer and under lack of understanding of what our RIGHTS are! The 2nd is very clear and concise yet somehow these laws that are unconstitutional to any person with half a brain are passed and upheld. These people do not get it, once you loose one "they" will keep taking them, there is no reward for helping to disarm the populace, you just become the next victim.
