For years I did the media tumble with my brass. As soon as I switched to wet tumbling with steel pins, the quality of the output jumped way up.

Bought an old rock tumbler many years ago and still use exactly the same formula and tumbler.

Which of the Lemi Shine products are you using?

Bought a Biggdawg tumbler way back. It lets me clean 1,000 .308 cases easily. Have tumbled 1,500 at once. I don't think he's still making them.

Thanks! I'm going to give it a whirl. I've been using the very expensive Hornady/Lyman/RCBS solutions. I get great results, but no better than yours and it costs me more $$.

If you are doing volume get the Millard citric acid off Amazon. Cheaper than lemishine and works just as good.

Even household strength vinegar can be used instead of Lemishine.

I quit dry tumbling years ago. Wet is the only way to go.
