This is the way! Tablespoon of Dawn and 1/2 a 9mm case of Lemishine in warm water work every time!

Too much Lemishine and you will have some fugly brass!

I learned pretty quickly that wet was better than dry. Just sayin

Started with the Harbor Freight dual rock tumbler, using water, Dawn, Vinegar and brass polisher. I could do about 100 pistol or 50-75 rifle shells until I got a Lyman Cyclone... that beast can process 1000 pistol or 700 rifle shells at a tile. Just needed to increase the formula. The worse part was getting the steel pins out of the shells, but a strong magnet does wonders.
