It does not appear to me that you refused anything. It appears that you simply did not see the relevance in disclosure....
This is what I get for multi tasking. The idea I was trying to get across is that I knew there would be issues in the future with gun ownership for veterans with all this ptsd crap. They constantly bombard us with crap about how there SHOULDNT be a stigman and they WONT hold it against you in the future.... everyone sees thru this like swiss cheese slices.

I call bullsh**. I was medically retired due to PTSD and I haven't received anything like that.
I have a physical combat-related disability,but have received no such letter.As for PTSD,no way would I apply for it.
