I got no problem with them taking fire, assessing the threat and regrouping. Couple minutes, tops. But what unfolds on the video is just criminal cowardice.

The video inside started off fairly well, but went to hell afterwards. The first officers running down the hallway were correct, get in there and confront him immediately, but they didn't. They didn't do anything, then when fired at, they ran. When the team got together with the ballistic shields, they started off ok, they were stacked properly, but then they let 4 guys go down the hallway THEN the 2 officers with the shields. This is so wrong. The shields go FIRST, that's what they’re for. These guys don't know their asses from a hole in the ground. They waited 29 minutes from the time they went down the hallway with the shields before they breached the door and shot him. Such bull****.
