We all remember the Olympic folks that would not sell tickets to folks from New Mexico....I can't remember the whole thing...BUT....it was pretty funny at the time...

A resident of the State of New Mexico called to purchase tickets to the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta and was told they could not sell tickets to them because only residents of the United States could purchase them at that time. Thanks.

Or the travel agent in Colorado (living less than 30 miles from the NM border) who insisted you needed a passport to fly to NM.
