I think it might work on people heavily medicated on psychotropic drugs. I don't see normal believers going for that nonsense. If God decided to give you a message for some reason I don't think it would be to kill someone. It would be much more spiritual in nature and would be something that would benefit mankind. Any donkey dumb ass can be pushed by much less sinister stimuli.
