Are you going to vote YES to amend the Georgia Constitution just because a 30 second TV commercial says that you should?

What is Marsy's Law?
Don't victims already have the rights to know where the convicted are being held and when they are released?
Who is paying millions to push this through and WHO is getting paid?
How much will this cost Georgia to enforce?
Why are the descriptions of the law so vague?
Are there hidden articles included with this Constitutional Amendment?
What states have already passed Marsy's Law?
Did Montana pass this law and then revoke it the very next year?
Will this law release juvenile offenders info or even accused juveniles information to the community?

Will this give ACCUSERS more rights over an UNCONVICTED suspect?

All questions that I need answered before I vote on this next month. Help me out here. I want to do the right thing but I also don't want to be part of some sort of "Me Too" lynch mob simply by voting yes.

God, no. From what I've read, the accused loses the right to depose the accuser; the accuser can not be required to testify; the accuser gets to be "included" in the prosecution process; and all of the requirements on the courts and law enforcement are unfunded mandates. I think it is well-intentioned, but overriding Constitutional rights does not make sense to me. ..
