There are those that view the passage of any amendment seemingly pro2A as an attempt to polish a piece of dung to get the whole thing through. Regardless if you subscribe or not, for the near term, it's toast. This was simply theater. Obama I'm sure is a bit more upset that it died in the Senate vs. The House which of course simply makes it all the sweeter.

Just concerned it's trending up to the whole bill. Plus, I'm still sorting thru the whole 'mental health' thing. I never trust those words.
