Had to go in this morning to have the guy remove the trigger lock they forgot to take off, the rack was empty with no stock in the back.

Another issues I found out after coming home is since I didn't take a look at the little Savage Mark II when I bought it, I found out the rear dovetail wasn't machined straight and the sight is canted to the right.

Just got off the phone with Savage, they sent me a prepaid shipping label already and the process to get it fixed so far has been really easy.

Since it was on my Maverick trigger, I ended up just taking out the trigger group from the shotgun and carried it in that way to the sporting department. Easy to walk in with it in my back pocket rather than going in with the boxed firearm to the customer service.

I was tempted to drill it out but decided it wasn't worth the hassle.
